Overview
Axiom is the Veracross administrative platform used by school point people, administrative staff, and Veracross personnel to configure, manage, and maintain the overall system. This module introduces a completely new user to the basics of Axiom navigation and showcases its core CRM (customer relationship management) along the way. It assumes no prior knowledge of Axiom or Veracross and should be completed by anyone new to Veracross.
Learn the basics of navigating Axiom homepages, detail screens, and crafting basic queries. Pick up the fundamentals of the core CRM (persons, households, relationships) along the way.
Demo Database: Comprehension questions and tasks follow each video. You can use your own school's database or our "Learn" demo database, the URL and credentials for which are listed in our customer support portal (separate login required). Contact your school's point person or your Veracross account manager with questions.
