Why isn’t a class available for parents to sign-up for the parent/teacher conference in the parent portal?

For a class to be visible to parents when signing up for parent conferences:

• the course must have the “Include in Parent Teacher Conferences” flag checked
• the class must have a status of “active” and the “Parent Portal Visibility” field must be set to “show.”
