Why can't I see all groups in an advanced report group list?

As of July 12, 2021, this "Learn Veracross" site has been deprecated.  It will remain live at least through October 1, 2021, but will no longer be updated. Q&A articles are only visible to authenticated users in the Veracross Community; please speak with your implementation or account manager for additional information.


Since groups are not created if there are no members, the list of available groups only displays active groups or groups with at least one member.

Once you assign one or more records to the group from their person detail record and run the Refresh Group Membership process from the System homepage, you should see the group options available in your report.
