NOTE: This FAQ article applies to schools using Admission Portal 2.
If families are saying that they can't login to the Admission Portal because it's closed, your first step should check to see that the dates and times are configured properly on the Admission Portal config record.
- Click on the Admission Portal Config link in the center column of the System homepage.
- Ensure that the "Closes" field is set to a date in the future. The admissions portal is automatically closed when the "Closes" field is set to a date in the past.
