Why am I receiving the generic “we’re sorry, but something went wrong.” error message when trying to process a data import?

As of July 12, 2021, this "Learn Veracross" site has been deprecated.  It will remain live at least through December 23, 2021, but will no longer be updated. This issue is typically caused when there are extra blank columns in the import template. We recommend highlighting all empty columns in the template, deleting them, saving the template and trying the upload again.
