You may wish to keep a biography on file for all your faculty and staff members which can then feed into the faculty/staff directory if you so choose.
To add a biography for a faculty/staff member, perform the following steps:
- Start by navigating to their person record from a standard Find Person query.
- Click on the HR tab, which can be found in the “Employment” tab section on the left.
- From this tab, if you scroll to the right, you’ll see the Biography field where you can enter in that person's biography,
- Click Update.
