Both Summary and Constituent reports are useful for Development reporting, but have different purposes.

  • Summary Reports allow for campaign-specific reporting in a summarized view of giving history data, grouped by a particular set of development classifications.
    •  These reports are most commonly used to analyze counts and participation.
  • Constituent Reports are built using the advanced report functionality specific for Development purposes.
    • These reports are often used to retrieve giving information about donors in preparation for a mailing.
