What determines a faculty or staff member’s Primary School Level?

Primary School Levels are determined by the Faculty Type associated to the faculty or staff member’s person record. 

You can review and update the Faculty Type for Staff or Faculty members on the General or HR tab of their Person records. You can also review and update as needed the school levels associated to Faculty Types through the Faculty Type query in the Classification section of the System homepage.

Please note that updates in Classifications of the system may not propagate throughout the system right away, but likely will refresh all associated data when the nightly scripts run.
