Enhancement Requests

Overview

The Product Management Team at Veracross uses an established process to evaluate enhancement ideas from schools in an systematic and objective way. As such, 30% of product development is being dedicated to working on and completing enhancements submitted by clients.

The Four-Step Process

  1.  You share your idea with a member of our services team (often your implementation or account manager) who adds it to our enhancement ideas repository.
  2. The ideas are brought to our mothly enhancement councils and discussed.
  3. At the monthly enhancement councils, representatives vote on the ideas using Rice scoring. Our product managers prioritize the top-scoring enhancements in their respective backlogs.
  4. We will communicate to clients via the Client Digest about enhancements rolling out the following month.
