Overview

In this unit, get an overview of all things Student Enrollment Manager. This tool is one of the most useful ways for a registrar to add or remove students from classes during the school year.

1. Introduction to the Enrollment Manager

After watching this video answer or complete the following:

  1. Why would a registrar use the Enrollment Manager?
  2.  True or false, the enrollment manager will show the same class enrollment records as the Schedule-All tab on a student's record.
  3. How do you launch the student enrollment manager for an individual student?

2. Availability Tab

  1. How can you tell which blocks the student is free for?
  2. By using the availability tab, can you see when a student is free for a specific day when a block meets? Or, can you only see when they are available based on the block itself?

3. How to Add or Drop Students from a Different Section or Class
