Overview

Standardized test function fields can be used to display information about standardized test scores. Test score type — text or numeric — can be set with the “Standardized Test Type” query on the System homepage. There are two summary fields, two numerically based test score fields, and two text-based test score fields.

Test Summary by Year

This function field summarizes test scores in a given type by year, with the ability to display the earliest, best, or most recent score when there is more than one attempt.

Parameters

Test Year (required)	Select a year (defaults to active admissions year).
Test Type (required)	Select a test type.
Multiple Test Filter (required)	Choose which exam to display if there is more than one attempt recorded. The “best” option is only available for numeric scores.
Multiline	Display each test in the category on its own line.

Test Summary by Grade Level

This function field summarizes test scores in a given type by grade level, with the ability to display the earliest, best, or most recent score when there is more than one attempt.

Grade Level (required)	Select a grade level.
Test Type (required)	Select a test type, e.g. SAT.
Multiple Test Filter (required)	Choose which exam to display if there is more than one attempt recorded. The “best” option is only available for numeric scores.
Multiline	Display each test in the category on its own line.

Test Score by Year (Text)

This function field displays the text-based test scores within a given type, with the ability to display the earliest or most recent score when there is more than one attempt.

Parameters
