Removing People from the Bounce/Spam List

This article and video provides step-by-step instruction for how to remove people from the Bounce List or the Spam List in Axiom.

Video & Step-by-Step Guide

  1. From the Communications homepage, click on the Bounce/Spam List Statuses query in the Emails section in the lower-right section of the screen.
  2. Apply criteria in the query design to filter down to who you are looking for, then run the query.
  3. In either the Bounce List Status or Spam List Status columns, double-click the Bounce List Status for the record to be updated to change it from "On List (Not Receiving Emails)" to "Remove From List" and click Update Records to save your changes.
