Managing registration and enrollment records for Other Programs classes is a major part of running an organized program. Other Programs class records feature the Registrations tab to help program administrators both manage and customize their procedures for enrolling program students into classes.

Other Programs Registration allows parents, students, faculty, and those outside of a school’s community to sign up for programs that take place outside of the regular academic schedule (e.g. after school programs, enrichment programs, summer programs, athletic programs, etc.) online.

This questionnaire is designed to collect details about your preferred configuration for Other Programs Registration. When the questionnaire is complete, your Account Manager will work with an engineer to configure the module according to your specifications.

If the school allows registrants who are not current students at the school, the school will need to use a public person registration form. This is necessary so the school can collect general information about the family and registrants in order to create person and household records as well as a user account so they can login to the registration page.

The Other Programs Registration module supports the ability for registrants to be put on the waitlist for a class. If waitlisting is enabled, after the class has reached the max number of students, the form will indicate that the registrant has the ability to sign up for the waitlist only, and this allows the user to select the class.
