How can a Parent update their AutoPay preferences?
In the Parent Portal, the Parent needs to do the following to update their AutoPay preference. Parent's are not able to remove themselves from AutoPay, just update the payment account. If the Parent wants to stop AutoPay, they must contact the school for them to unenroll them from AutoPay.
1) Navigate to the invoice page in the Parent Portal
2) Click the "Manage AutoPay" button, that can be accessed in two ways
3) Click the “Change Account” button and select a saved payment account from the drop down
