Sometimes, you spend time creating the perfect component screen and want to display it on multiple portals. Rather than re-creating it multiple times, once for each portal, you are able to copy the component screen to different portals.
Certain components can only exist on specific portals and, therefore, cannot be copied. Read more about them here:
Follow these steps to copy component screens:
- Navigate to the Component Screens tab of the portal record that the component screen you want to copy lives on.
- Click the Copy... link in the Copy column next to the component screen.
- Select the portal you want to copy this component screen to in the Copy Screen tool that pops up.
