If you are using Admission Portal 3.0 and would like to allow parents to make edits to their answers on a school form after it has been submitted, turn on the Allow Updates flag on the school form record. This flag controls whether or not a user can modify and then resubmit the form.
To do this:
- Navigate to the Admissions: Candidate Changes homepage and click on the Admission Portal registration season type.
- Click on the School Forms tab and open the form you are editing by clicking on the description.
- Update the "Allow Updates" flag on the General tab of the school form record.
