The Support Portal login is tied to Axiom and — as such — Veracross is unable to reset your password, since Veracross does not track passwords. In order to access the support portal, you should perform the following steps:
- Visit http://support.veracross.com/school_short_name and make sure you enter in your school short name in lowercase letters at the end of the URL.
- For example if your schools short name is 'vcdemo_client' your URL should look like this: http://support.veracross.com/vcdemo_client/axiom/login
- Follow the instructions on screen for resetting your password. Once you've reset your Axiom password on your own you should be all set to access the Support portal. Make sure that you are using all lowercase letters for the 'School Shortname'. If you are still unable to access the support portal, please reach out to your point person or with your account/implementation manager for additional assistance.
