What years are selectable as options in various drop-down menus throughout Veracrosss are usually associated with what years are currently enabled in your database. To check on this, navigate to the Years query on the System homepage.
To ensure that a year is selectable, it must not have the "Disabled" column checked. If it does, perform the following steps:
- Click on the Disabled checkbox for the year you are trying to adjust so it is no longer checked.
- Click Update Records.
If the year doesn't have the Disabled flag checked and is still not showing up as a viable option in drop-down menus, please submit a ticket through the client support portal.
