Overview
Click the right side of the column header to access the Grid Column Menu.
The Grid Column Menu allows you to access query design features directly from the query results screen. Access the Grid Column Menu by clicking on the right side of the column header where an arrow icon appears.
The available options for the menu are:
- Sort Ascending/Sort Descending switches back-and-forth between sorting the query results by this column in an ascending or descending order.
- Adjusting the sort order for multiple fields is available on Query Design screen.
- Field Properties... opens the field properties panel allowing you to adjust the properties and style of this field directly from the query results screen. Read more about this feature in the "Field Properties and Style Adjustment from the Query Results Page" section below.
- Copy Data... opens up the Copy Results Data screen for this column. You can read more about copying data from cells and columns here.
Keyboard Shortcuts
The Grid Column Menu is also directly accessible from your keyboard. These shortcuts apply to the Grid Column Menu only:

| Tab or Shift + Tab | Cycles which menu item has focus |
