Overview

Enrollment Policy function fields can be used to display information related to enrollment policies, such as displaying the date that certain policy responses were given or displaying all policies in a category and their associated responses. Read more about function fields.

Enrollment Policy Category

This function field displays all policies and responses in the selected year for a given category. Each policy and response can be displayed on its own line if desired.

Parameters

School Year (required)	Defaults to the active admissions year
Enrollment Policy Category (required)	Select a category to display
Multi-Line	Select “Yes” to display each policy and response set on separate lines

Enrollment Policy Response

This function field displays the response to to a given enrollment policy.

Parameters

School Year (required)	Defaults to the active admissions year
Enrollment Policy (required)	Select an enrollment policy

Enrollment Policy Date

This function field displays date a response was given to a particular enrollment policy.

Parameters

School Year (required)	Defaults to the active admissions year
Enrollment Policy Category (required)	Defaults to the active admissions year

Enrollment Policy Notes

This function field displays the notes for a given enrollment policy.

Parameters

School Year (required)	Defaults to the active admissions year
