Do Not Solicit Field

On the Giving History record, a field for “Is Solicitable” can be used to track if the donor is solicitable for the given campaign. This field will default to be “Yes” (checked) for all but will be set to “No” (unchecked) during the giving history refresh procedure if any of the following conditions are true (i.e. a donor is assumed “solicitable” unless):

  • The Household Do Not Solicit field is selected (this field is read-only, and is flagged if any member within the household has DNS flagged on their person record).
  • The Household has no address, phone, and email address (i.e. all 3 are missing)
  • There are no household members

See further documentation to learn more about how the household Do Not Solicit field is controlled.
