Veracross stores nightly backups for one month and then weekly backups for 12 months. Backups can be pulled to restore data from any area of the system, however doing so requires significant engineering time.
- If data need to be restored due to an error on Veracross’s end, no charge is incurred.
- If a school requests data to be restored, a charge — sometime significant due to the time required — is incurred.
Please contact your account manager if you believe that pulling data from a backup is the right path to take to resolve a problem.
