You can edit the list of resources that teachers can select from when completing resource reservations, if you use this component in your teacher portal. Resources display to teachers if the "Include in Portals" flag on the resource record is set to "Yes." To edit this for any given resource:
- Navigate to the Resource Scheduling homepage.
- Click "Find Resources" and search for the resource.
- Click into the resource and then on the General tab, update the "Include in Portals" flag to "No" and click "Update."
You can also batch update this field by pulling the "Include in Portals" field into the "Find Resources" query.
