Overview

Articles are components that contain text and images, and pull from Channels. Articles can be displayed either in list format (single line, multi-line), cards (horizontal, vertical, masonry), or in a banner carousel which rotates images and text captions.

Configuration

The primary configurable areas fall into one of three categories: data, positioning, and styling.

Data

The data section determines the Channel from which the articles are pulled. Select a Channel by clicking on the “Channel” box. More than one Channel can be selected for a component, and it can be further filtered by selecting a reference date and/or a description filter. Only articles with that date or description will appear. Additional configuration options are available depending on the article component type chosen.

Positioning

The positioning section determines how the article content appears in the specific component. Configure the size and position of text and images, and whether or not date information should be displayed. If desired, the channel name from which the article originated along with the article summary may also be displayed, depending on the article component type chosen.

Style

Set the color and text of the component on the screen. The background color and text color/size for the entire component may be specified for most article component types.
