Overview
Faculty and staff often need access to important student or family information that may be critical to know in certain situations. One of the best ways to share this information is via alerts. There are 4 types of alerts available: Academic, Family, General, and Medical. The accessibility of these alerts is dependent upon a user’s security role. This article outlines who can view the information, where it is visible in both Axiom and in documents (e.g. the emergency profile document), and from what query templates they may be found.
Any applicable alerts can be viewed via the portal on the class roster and the student profile pop-up. Hover over the icons to view the details for each alert. Additionally, the medical and family alerts will display on the emergency profile.
