Overview
There are many standard Admissions reports on the Admissions homepage that can be used to see high level statistics for your Admissions data.
Dashboard
A graphical way to track progress through the active admissions cycle and compare the current year against prior year performance. See more details on each component of the dashboard in the Admissions Dashboard documentation.
Current Year
Goals by Student Segment
A summary by relevant segment of performance against goals for number of inquiries, applications, accepted applications and enrollment. From the Admissions Home Page (under Other) configure one of the following segment areas to set your Goal context:
- Goals by Grade Level
- Goals by Grade Level & Gender
- Goals by Resident Status, Grade, & Gender
Admissions Statistics by Month
A breakdown of inquiries, visits, applications and enrollment numbers by month for the current year compared to last year.
Current Students by Grade
A quick summary of total students enrolled in each grade level.
Enrollment by Grading Period
A breakdown of enrollment within each grading period for the current school year. Shows if there were late enrollees or early withdraws throughout the year.
Students Enrolled Mid-Year
A list of all students who were enrolled mid-year.
Students Withdrawn Mid-Year
A list of all students who withdrew mid-year.
New Families
A list of all households that are new this year to the school with Parent and Student names included.
Returning Families
A list of all households that returned this year to the school after being enrolled in a prior year with Parent and Student names included, as well as the first year the family was enrolled.
Statistics by Grade Level
A breakdown of student counts, grades, attendance and behavior by gender across all grade levels.
Ethnicity Summary
A breakdown of students by their ethnicity.
Multi-Year History
Note: multi-year history reports may lose accuracy for years prior to data tracking in VC due to potential data migration issues.

A summary by year of attrition rates, yearly enrollment changes and graduates. Each drill down provides a breakdown by grade level and gender.
Enrollment History by School Level
A summary by school level of attrition rates, yearly enrollment changes and graduates. Each drill down provides a breakdown by grade level and gender.
Enrollment History by Grade Level
A summary by grade level of attrition rates, yearly enrollment changes and graduates. Each drill down provides a breakdown by grade level and gender.

Other
Household Awareness Reason
A summary of households by their awareness reason as indicated on their inquiry form. Allows you to see the top ways new families are introduced to the school.
Recent Application Status Changes
An overview of any applications that have had a status change within the last two weeks.
SSAT Percentiles by Grade, Gender
An overview of student SSAT percentile averages broken down by grade level and gender.
Web Form Completion Summaries
A summary showing the total number of online Veracross web forms started and completed.
Application by Status: Declined Offer
The Declined Offer report on the Admissions homepage under Applications by Status shows all Applications for the current admissions year with a declined enrollment decision.
