To change whether a student has the enrollment type of "New Enrollment" and "Re-Enrollment", perform the following steps:
- Navigate to Online Enrollment homepage and click the action menu.
- Run the 'Update Person Enrollment Type' procedure.
- If this does not fix the issue, please submit a ticket through the Support Portal.
